Given that yours truly is a pretty big herbal tea junkie and happens to have a sweet tooth as well, it is imperative that I start my days off with a large cup of tea and something sweet usually a macaron (or two).
Lucky for me the infamous Macaron Cafe happens to be right around the corner from my office in NYC (yes this can be dangerous at times); so on my daily commute to work I often stop in for one of their fabulous flavored teas (I recommend the Imperial Wedding tea--so fitting :) ) and a colorful macaron (pumpkin cinnamon and pistachio are my favs.)
The cafe is a small and quaint french cafe and serves various delectable pastries and breakfast/lunch sandwiches.
If your not in a hurry its a really cute place to chat over some tea or coffee (which come in cute oversized tea cups).
