Greetings! Hope everyone had a safe and fabulous New Year! Not only did we see an abundance of food and drink during the holidays, but also a lot of newly engaged couples! I would like to sincerely congratulate all of you and send my best wishes your way! 

There were also quite a few celebrity engagements over the last few weeks as well....

On New Year's Eve NBA star LeBron James proposed to his longtime girlfriend Savannah Brinson in South Beach.

Matthew McConaughey & Camila Alves were engaged on Christmas. Matthew announced it to the world via Twitter and posted this adorable pic!

John Legend proposed to his supermodel girlfriend Chrissy Teigen over the holidays while vacationing in the Maldives.

Michael Jordan was engaged over the holidays to model girlfriend of three years, Yvette Prieto.

The queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin is engaged to long-time friend and confidant William "Willie" Wilkerson, with hopes of a possible summer beach wedding.
